Detail Tour Program

Day 01 Arrival at Paro Airport and Drive to Thimphu

Upon arrival at Paro airport, your visa will take about 30 minutes to process. Explore the valley of Thimphu. Visit Folk heritage museam and spend time.

Day 02 Thimphu to Punakha

Drive to Punakha. Visit Chimi lhakhang. Explore the village whike hiking the Khamsum Yulley Namgyel Monastery. On the way visit the longest suspension bridge. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03 Punakha to Paro

Drive to Paro. In the morning visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong. Drive to Paro, Paro is about 3 hours journey from Punakha. Paro is a beautiful valley with loving people and Country only airport. The wide and fertile valley has both an ancient and modern face. In Paro visit Drugyel Dzong standing on a scenic knoll at one end of Paro valley. In the evening visit Tshering farmhouse, enjoy the local cuisine prepared by the host, taste the wine and spend your time with hot stone bath. Over night at Far House.

Day 04 Paro Tiger Nest Hike

People at Farmhouse usually wake up early morning to get to the field. Our host will prepare a local breakfast with butter tea. Today we Hike the most beautiful Tiger Nest temple. The hike takes about 3 hours from the base camp. 

After lunch, visit Ta Dzong (built in1656 and renovated in 1968), an ancient watchtower, which now houses the National Museum. Below the museum is the Rimpung Dzong (literally meaning “Heap of Jewels”), the center of civil and religious authority in this valley, built-in 1646 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal. In the evening, drive to Thimphu. Overnight in Hotel.

Day 05 Paro to Airport and See Off

Your 5 Days Bhutan Village Tour will end today. Our Guide and driver will be waiting to drop you at the airport. Take back the good memories of Bhutan. Please check your documents before starting your journey towards Airport.
